About
We are Olesya Berendeeva and Viktoria Anisimova. We create journeys where what matters is not only the places on the map, but the impressions, encounters and discoveries that stay with us.
Guide, route designer
Olesya has been travelling and leading groups since 2015, discovering amazing places from Georgia to the Himalayas and South America. Her track record includes mountain ascents, treks and expeditions. She has been to Nepal more than 15 times and has long dreamed of designing her own routes. Olesya also skippers a sailing yacht and shares her love of mountains, nature and discovery with fellow travellers.
Clinical and family psychologist
Viktoria worked with groups for many years as a coach, then trained as a psychologist and a clinical psychologist. Business trainer and facilitator of group programmes. A mother, a traveller, an incorrigible optimist. She chose to work in travel because it is more effective than an office. With no magic, mysticism or esoterics, she figures out how the psyche works. She helps people move through life crises and encourages them to grow in income and achievement.
That is how Wild Soul Routes was born — a project where we combined a love of travel with an interest in the person.
Formats
We choose places with nature, a distinctive culture and the real life of the country. Right now these are Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Next — South Africa and Patagonia.

We take care of the route and create a space where you can slow down, hear yourself and see new possibilities.
Olesya is in charge of the route and safety, Viktoria — of the psychological work and the atmosphere in the group. Our perspectives complement each other.
